Smart Manage and Control Your Tiny Home with HayMacs Smart Home Packages
HayMacs Ltd provides standard smart home packages that can be fitted or retrofitted to Tiny Homes, Cabins and Glamping Pods to allow full control of things from Air-conditioning, Lighting, Door Locks through to Hot-Tub control.
If you run a Glamping site these smart home packages are great to aid energy efficiency and monitor the status of the glamping pods to ensure the comfort of your Residents.
Your Residents can control the devices either the conventual way with simple manual switches or they can use voice commands such as saying, “Alexa, switch on the lounge light”. The inbuilt control panel also allows control for all the smart devices in the home. A wifi capability must be active in the home or available on the site to enable some of the services.

• Full control and monitoring via Apple or Android mobile phone. – 2 Apps installed to control all services (application installs and configuration included in price).
• Supports retrofit of existing home devices - for example, control your ceiling lights without having to change your wall light switches
• Health and Safety devices – Fire Alarm and Carbon Monoxide monitor
• Activate lights in bathrooms automatically
• Activate outside lights at set times such as Dust to Dawn.
• Supports Amazon Alexa voice control - Ask Alexa to put you home into ‘Evening mode” and it will trigger various light settings to your preference and switch on heating for example.
• On wall control panel 4” or larger control panel (larger control panels are additional cost).
• Energy monitoring at your electricity meter – shows the energy consumption of your home plus we can also measure energy consumption for certain devices. You may wish to monitor higher energy consuming devices such as heaters or air-conditioning units for example.
• For a number of devices that are currently controlled by remote controls we can replicate the IR signals and enable control via your mobile phone (great if you have lost your remote control for example).
• Motion and temperature sensors are installed – simple wireless sensors that are battery powered and therefore small and aesthetic once installed in your home.
• All smart devices have been selected to work seamlessly with the system and controllable via the control panel that comes as part of the package.

• 1 Fire Smoke Sensor – Smoke and CO detection

Silver Package
Includes:
• 1 Control panel with Amazon Alexa built in (voice commands to switch devices).

• 1 Motion sensor
• 1 Temperature and Humidity sensor
• Full instructions and setup guide
Cost = £1099 + VAT
